Problems with SkipMode

I've noticed (I think since the update to v20.7.4.RC2) that SkipMode seems to sometimes not appear after a show has aired. To be clear, I've solved this by restarting the TiVo, but after a day or two, the SkipMode icons disappear again on newly recorded shows. When I restart the TiVo, the previously unseen SkipMode icons will appear again, but then after a few days start disappearing again. It's been doing this for the past few weeks. I noticed in the release notes for 20.7.4.RC2, that one of the fixes was: Issue 463091:  SkipMode may no longer show after users upgrade to 20.7.2.J2  I don't believe I had this issue before 20.7.4.RC2, but having to restart the TiVo every few days is annoying. I hope someone can help! Thanks.

Hello smb-il! We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your SkipMode Feature. Please try forcing manual connections to the TiVo Service twice by going to TiVo Central > Settings & Messages > Network Settings > TiVo Service Connection.
