Insufficent disk space

I have a Roamio Plus with 150 hours of disk space. I have 60% usage but am getting messages about insufficient disk space when trying  to record a one-hour program. What's up?

Hi infodex,

 

Has it always been this way, if not, when did it start? Have you had any problems with it rebooting? If not, go ahead and unplug the TiVo box from the power, wait at least a minute, then plug it back in.


There could be static on the board, and needs to be unplugged.

My wife is a hoarder and routinely runs the disk space up. She recently got it up to 89% at which point I felt the insufficient disk space warnings were legit. I got her to clean house down to about 69% but the messages continue. I'll try the reboot.
