Not connecting to internet

Trying to connect through Ethernet and it keeps telling me service not found. And I get error code N13. Tried to do guided set up and now it won't let me get out.

We're sorry to hear that you're having connectivity issues. The reason why it's not letting you to get out of the Guided setup it could be that your TiVo box is not anymore connected to your home network. Have you tried checking your other devices like your PC or mobile devices if they are still connected to your home network? If your other devices are still connected to your home network, you can try power cycling your TiVo box. If not, you will need to reboot your router or modem to refresh the internet connection.
