"tivosupport_name" vs "tivo name" ???

Dear TiVo forum PTB, has a change been implemented for "official" TiVo personnel on the user forums, with usernames now following the "tivo name" format, as opposed to the earlier "tivosupport_name" approach?
Prior policy, per the TiVo Forum Support Team Details page, stated...
You can identify Official TiVo Customer Support Representatives by their username, which always begins with "tivosupport_". The Support Team does not respond to all posts - only those which would normally be handled by a TiVo Customer Support agent.

Official TiVo support agents will always have the username format "tivosupport_name". If there are members using "tivo" in their usernames, they are not official agents. TiVo support agents also have the TiVo logo as their profile picture.

Hi, host_dolly, thanks for the reply.
I can see at least 3 users who are seemingly official TiVo users, at least going off their responses and signatures. If they're not TiVo employees or contractors, they certainly seem to be trying to pass as such.
Not a huge deal, but the recent influx of "tivo name" users seemed odd and might be concerning to users if/when TSNs are requested.
p.s. Can you explain what tivosupport_brandi and the above users are doing to add linked usernames in their post salutations? (e.g. "Hello sunseeker ...")
p.p.s. If looking for forum feature requests, it'd be a boon if a user's profile page could also be used to find *any* activity on the site, including comments. At present, the profile page only seems to list threads started by a given user.
edit: Updated to add 'tivo shawlly'
