'My Shows' Menu keeps resetting

This has been happening for the last few days.
I go to my Tivo 'My Shows' Menu and I have to AGAIN hide the Left Column and reset the order of the Show listings.

 

Not sure what is going on.

Hey debbie25,

 

Sorry to hear that you're having some troubles with your menu's resetting. We are aware of this issue and it is currently under investigation. We do not have an ETA at this time. 

 

We appreciate your patience while we work towards a resolution.

Any news on this getting fixed?   It's very frustrating and annoying  to have to reset this every couple of days.

 

This is affecting quite a few people as evidenced by the number of posts on the TiVo Community forum.

Thank you for posting, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you recently. At this point in time it is still something that we're investigating. We do not have an ETA, but the fix will be sent out to your TiVo's as soon as it's available.

I just wanted to add my name to the list of TIVO users who are frustrated by this. It's easy to get rid of the left column, but the settings never never stay put. It's very random as to when the left column reappears.. Hopefully TIVO will fix this soon.

Thanks Brandi.  Yes we are still having the problem as of 2/14/17.  Thanks for keeping us informed!

(For Trouble-shooting....is this only happening on Premieres?)

Thanks. Will this result in a bump in the Software Version number from 20.6.3.RC15 to something higher? Or will it be a stealth release, keeping the same ver num?

Hey  justen_m, thank you for your post.

 

Currently, we have no news on whether or not this will be a patch for the current SW Version, or if it will be included in the next update. We'll let you know more updates as we receive them.
