I can't login to the Help Forums to post my question.
The Help Forums portion of our website uses a different login name and password than other parts of the tivo.com site such as Manage My Account, TiVo Central Online, and TiVo Rewards. To create a login for the Help Forums (needed if you want to post a question), please register now.I forgot my password.
If you have already registered for the Help Forums (remember that this username and password is different than the one used on other parts of tivo.com), you can receive an e-mail with your password by filling out this form.I would like to ask a question about setting up or using my TiVo DVR.
Not finding an answer to your question? Go to the Help Forums homepage, choose an appropriate forum, and then click the "Create New Post" button. If you mark the "Notify me of replies" checkbox when you create your post, you will automatically be notified when anyone posts a response to your question.
